Case
The client approached us with the request to generate a customized market analysis for the online sports trading globally. The quantitative research was to be divided by multiple segmentations such as  financial output measure, demographics, sports type, platform, device, region etc and the qualitative research was to be based on a COVID impact analysis, preferred payment methods, and mobile sports betting market scoping.
Solution
The intended global scope of the research project confronted us with challenges which we managed to agree upon with the client through appropriate research scaling. First we launched an intensive study to come with the appropriate research design and plan incl research partner logistics, division of tasks, and project management incl project budgetting. Secondly we embarked on a research plan to conduct extensive desk research including a benchmark among similar service providers supplemented by in-depth phone interviews with key decision makers for example at payment processing companies. This lead us to the best research attributes and units of analysis which were processed in statistical regression analyses to establish causal relationships for forecasting economic growth data. Enabled by our in-house data portal the final step of our research plan consisted of the synthesis and profiling of the research results into a final report.

Solution
