  • Erkan I. Özşen is founder of the technical recruitment agency Löger. Erkan is an analytical, autonomous, and creative generalist. He has done a doctorandus in Political Economics and has earned a Master’s Degree in European Politics at the University of Amsterdam. His expertise lies in advanced industrialized countries, engineering intensive industries, industrial relations, labor markets, innovation management, and open source strategies. He has written an extensive master thesis about the aicraft manufacturing industries with the UK and Japan as case studies. He has also done several years of research about European trade agencies, and collective interest groups.


    He has extensive working experience within the fields of technical marketing and client acquisition. Erkan Özşen has several years of management consultancy experience both within large multinational organizations as well as with Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in the fields of industrial engineering. He is active in networking groups on an ongoing basis. He has written several articles about renewable energy, digital technology, and regional governance which were published in various political-scientific journals. He actively engages in sports such as soccer, jogging, and swimming.


    As a Junior sourcing partner Amir R. Zadeh is supporting Löger in the sourcing of electrical and embedded engineering candidates. Amir originally comes from the city of Bandar Abbas, Iran. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Hormozgan. Amir currently lives in Calgary, Canada. In his spare time he likes experimenting with Arduino programming to build electronic gadgets, participates in running marathons and does not easily turn down mountain climbing challenges.
